Research Interests
Dr. Hogan's current work focuses on the practice of organizational outcomes assessment while previous research focused on the effective application of quality management concepts in higher education settings.

Professional Accomplishments
As Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Hogan leads a university division with $70 million in annual expenditures and over 1200 employees. He co-owned and operated two small business enterprises for over 20 years, and has 15 years of oversight experience as member and leader of boards for non-profit organizations. He brings to his students over 30 years of leadership, management and communication experience.
