Professional Accomplishments
Professor Nicholas has just completed a three year term on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Society of CPA's and continues to serve on their Professional Awareness Committee. He has also served locally, regionally and nationally the Institute of Management Accountants. Currently he is serving the IMA on the Ethics Committee and has participated in the recent revision of the IMA's Standard of Professional Practice statement. He also worked closely with students for 27 years as the advisor to the UNI Accounting Club, a position that involved assisting students with career awareness and placement.
