Current research interests include pay-for-knowledge systems, psychophysical analysis of compensation issues, international compensation analysis, and innovation acceptance.
Professional Accomplishments
Articles published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Compensation and Benefits Review, Strategic Change, and ACA Journal. Received Southern Management Association's Best Paper Award for work on absence and turnover (1990). Numerous proceedings and presentations in conferences such as the Academy of Management, Southern Management Association, Southwest Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and other national or international conferences. Member of the Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, and Southern Management Association. Six years of industry experience as a senior techno-ommercial engineer for a large public sector enterprise in India.
