The interface between individuals and organizations, especially where such relationships are defined by the individuals' employment by the organizations. Meaning and philosophies of work.

Professional Accomplishments
Ten years of full-time teaching. Journal publications and paper presentations at professional meetings focusing on human resource management and on teaching management. Professional service: member of board of directors and Director of Codification and Research for the Human Resources Certification Institute; member of the Research Committee of the Society for Human Resource Management; member of board of directors and Chair of the Personnel Advisory Committee for Exceptional Persons, Inc., Waterloo, IA.
