		Tennis For Beginners - Alumni Activity and Sporting Event April 05, 2009 Ocean Shore Club House The MBA Alumni enjoyed the opportunity during the month of April to gain new skills through a series of two-hour tennis lessons.  Always students, the alumni learned tennis basics from an outstanding tennis coach.  With improved forehands, backhands, and serves, they are now better prepared for "net"working with other business professionals!
		Understanding the Sub-prime Mess - Guest Faculty Lecture December 15, 2008 Wan Chai Hopkins Center As part of the Alumni Association's goal of providing continuing education opportunities to the Hong Kong Alumni this special lecture was offered.  Tess Taubler, visiting faculty member from the Rennes School of Business teaching in the UNI MBA program, presented her views on the current financial problems that have grown from the use of sub-prime mortgages.  Over 40 alumni and students attended. Her extensive financial management background allowed her to address audience questions.  Ms. Taubler has worked in many locations worldwide with such as organizations as Fund One, Daiwa Bank Capital Management, BNP Paribas, and Merrill Lynch International. She most recently was employed as the economic advisor to the Australian Embassy.
		2008 Commencement - Graduation Ceremony May 25, 2008 Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre This is the formal event for conferring degrees upon the 2007-2008 graduates.
		Alumni Club Football Game May 24, 2008 UNI President Allen, Dean Farzad Moussavi, and other UNI faculty attended this event. Everyone enjoyed the action and the opportunity to mingle with alumni and students.

Celebrate the induction of new graduates into the UNI Alumni Association Hong Kong Chapter.
